TikTop is a public leaderboard of products, ranked by one number: what each seller paid to hold their position during the current week. By submitting a listing you agree to what follows.
A position on a leaderboard for the remainder of the current weekly cycle. Nothing else. Placement is decided entirely by the amount paid, as set out in the Rules, which form part of these terms.
A listing goes live the moment payment clears. Because the service is delivered immediately and in full, you agree that performance begins at once and you waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation that would otherwise apply to a digital service.
One link per product, pointing at a working page where that product can actually be bought. You confirm you are authorised by the seller to list it.
We may hide or remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, if it breaches these terms, if the destination stops working, or if we are required to. Removal does not entitle you to a refund. If you believe a listing infringes your rights, contact us and we will act on it.
Listings display product names, taglines and domains supplied by the seller, or read from the destination page's own metadata. These are used to identify the product being linked to. We claim no ownership of, and no affiliation with, any third-party brand appearing on the board.
TikTop is provided as-is. We do not vet the products listed and we are not a party to anything you buy from them. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the current weekly cycle.
We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do. Continuing to use TikTop after a change means you accept it.
