TikTop has no accounts, no login, and no email list. There is very little to tell you, and this page tries to tell it plainly rather than at length.
On your first visit we set a cookie called tiktop_visitorcontaining a random identifier. It is not linked to your name, your email, or anything you do elsewhere. It exists so we can rate-limit bidding and, when payments arrive, tie a checkout back to the browser that started it. It lasts a year and is not readable by scripts on the page.
We use no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts of any kind.
We do not store IP addresses, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or any other contact detail. Everything on a listing is public by design — that is what you are paying for.
When you type a URL into the bid form, our server requests that page once to read its title and description, so we can fill in your listing for you. We keep the title and description. We do not keep the page.
Clicking a listing sends you to the seller's own site with utm_source=tiktop appended, so they can see the visit came from here. What happens after that is covered by their privacy policy, not ours.
Our database and hosting are run by third-party providers on our behalf. When card payments are introduced, a payment processor will handle them and will hold the payment details — we will never see or store your card number. We do not sell data, and there is nothing here worth selling.
Clear the cookie in your browser and the identifier is gone from your side. To have a listing and its history deleted from ours, contact us and say which listing. Note that weekly bid totals disappear on their own: rank is computed from the current week only, so last week's board simply stops existing.
If we start collecting anything else, this page changes first and the effective date above changes with it. See also the Terms.
